Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CBVH website, placing an order, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or show signs of fraudulent activity.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in the local currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing or inventory error.

Payment is charged when your order is accepted. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We ship via insured, signature-required services. Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. For international shipments, duties, taxes, and customs charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Unworn, undamaged pieces in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Custom, bespoke, and engraved pieces are final sale.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to begin any custom or bespoke commission. Timelines, specifications, and final price are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Because each piece is made to order, custom work is not eligible for return.

Every CBVH piece includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized repairs. Please contact us for warranty claims.

All content on this site — including text, images, designs, logos, and product photography — is the property of CBVH or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

You agree not to use our services to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, transmit harmful code, or interfere with the operation of the site. We may restrict or terminate access for any violation of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBVH's total liability arising out of or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CBVH is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms occasionally. The revised version takes effect on the date posted. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
